Cancer is a terminal illness that still has no cure, all of us in our lives have shared with people who suffer from this disease, and we understand that it is a constant struggle in which both relatives and those who suffer from it suffer. Finding the cure for this terrible disease would be a great achievement that would change the meaning of life however there are people who have profited a lot because of this disease which put the economic benefit but not the social benefit.

Also, something more intriguing was discovering that Max was one of Dr. Fishman's cancer patients. So it was his great interest to find the secret formula that was in the laptop in the end it is gratifying to know that Max was able to continue with his treatment and be happy with his wife and son.

What  impressed us most about the film is Dr. Fishman and Butch Ryder, the two corpses that Max and Charlie used, they were not really bad people as they thought. 

Dr Fishman had developed a "magic"cancer treatment and started to conduct secret clinical trials, not approved by the FDA, to his friend and great love Bucht Rayder and other people that had cancer, who but when they were discovered they took away the financing 

The Netflix movie The Double-Life is the story of two great friends Max and Charlie, who are already fed up with settling all the misfortunes that happen in their lives. That's why Max, in the reunion # 25 of high school meets his old friend Charlie and convinces him again to be part of his life, which is very easy because Charlie's life was very pathetic.
